Government leaders and other ministers from the Faroe Islands, Denmark and Greenland are meeting today in Nuuk, Greenland in the Contact Committee for Foreign Affairs, Security and Defence Policy.
In October 2021, the Faroe Islands, Denmark and Greenland established the Contact Committee as a regular forum for strengthening political cooperation on foreign affairs, security and defence policy.
The Contact Committee between the Faroe Islands, Greenland and Denmark is made up of the following ministers:
Faroe Islands: Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Minister of Finance
Greenland: Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Minister of Finance.
Denmark: Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Minister of Justice, and Minister of Defence
