NORDIC CO-OPERATION: Prime minister Johannesen will attend at Nordic Council Session 2023 in the Norwegian Parliament in Oslo, 30/10–2/11.
The Nordic Vision for 2030 is to make the Nordic Region the most sustainable and integrated region in the world. The upcoming days all eight Nordic prime ministers and heads of government will attend at the 75th Nordic Summit. The main theme is "A secure, green and young Nordic Region". The Prime Minister will deliver a speech Tuesday afternoon.
Guest speaker at the Session
The Secretary-General of NATO, Jens Stoltenberg, will be guest speaker at the Session of the Nordic Council. He will speak immediately after the opening of the Session on Tuesday 31 October at 14:00.
Topics for debate and live streaming
Before the opening of the Session Prime ministers and heads of government will meet. The agenda includes debates on AI, green transition and UN Climate Change Conference 2023 later this year in Dubai.
