New Executive Decree on Sanctions in Response to Russia’s War of Aggression Against Ukraine

This week, the Faroese Government introduced new sanctions in response to Russia’s war of aggression against Ukraine.

Key features include updated measures concerning export restrictions on goods and services, including dual-use goods, as well as new provisions on anti-circumvention.
